All of our products are unique and produced only once ordered. This means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you order the wrong size, color, or item.


Damages, Misprints & Issues

In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, please contact info@westtexas.cloud within 7 days of receiving your order to request a refund so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Replacements

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
